The Waves of Change Collective Is Growing
What started with online mental health therapy and grew to include a space for movement, rest, and connection is growing once again.
This fall, we’re opening a new Franklinville location for in-person mental health therapy, while continuing to offer telehealth throughout New Jersey.
More ways to access support. More space to care for your whole self. And another step forward for the Collective and the community we’re here to support.
Does Any of This Feel Familiar?
If any of these feel familiar, therapy can be a place to start exploring what you need.
I feel overwhelmed more often than I’d like.
I keep falling into the same patterns.
I’m going through a change I’m struggling to navigate.
My relationships feel harder than they should.
I haven’t felt like myself lately.
I want to understand myself better.
I know something needs to change, but I’m not sure where to start.
Therapy That Looks Beyond the Surface
Therapy isn’t just about understanding what you think. It’s also about noticing how stress, past experiences, relationships, and everyday life can affect how you feel and respond.
At Waves of Change, we take a whole-person approach to therapy, creating space to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and find ways forward that feel realistic for you.
We pay attention to both your thoughts and the ways stress and emotion can show up in your body, helping you better understand your patterns and what helps you feel more grounded.
Mind + Body Connection
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. We consider your experiences, relationships, identities, strengths, and needs as we shape therapy around you.
Care That Sees the Whole You:
You’re an active part of the process. We’ll work alongside you, respect your pace and autonomy, and help you build tools you can carry into everyday life.
A Collaborative Relationship
What We Can Work Through Together
There’s no one reason to come to therapy. You may be working through something specific, navigating a season of change, or simply feeling like something isn’t quite right. Whatever brings you here, these are some of the ways we can support you.
Because the Person You Talk to Matters
Therapy is personal, and finding someone you feel comfortable with is an important part of the process. Our team includes more than 10 licensed New Jersey mental health professionals with experience supporting anxiety, trauma, OCD, grief, relationships, and more. Each brings their own specialties, perspective, and approach to therapy.
You don’t need to know what type of therapy you need before you reach out. Start with what’s bringing you here, and we’ll help you find a therapist who feels like the right fit.
