What to expect in my class: Creative sequencing, breath-led movement, and deep hip and hamstring openers. You’ll always get plenty of options so you can choose between building strength or unwinding tension.
Bio: Laurine teaches a style of Vinyasa that actually lets you breathe. Her approach to yoga is rooted in trading rush for rhythm, blending slow, intentional flows with longer holds that target common areas of tension like the hips, hamstrings, and shoulders. By cuing for both strength and release, Laurine helps her students build gentle heat while deeply calming the body. She designs her classes to be creative, spacious, and completely accessible—leaving you feeling grounded, standing a little taller, and with absolutely no pretzel poses required.
