Absolutely. Walking into a new wellness space can feel intimidating, but every single class on our schedule is designed with beginners in mind. Our instructors offer options, modifications, and variations throughout every session, ensuring you are always in control of your own movement and pace. While some of our classes are upbeat and fun, they remain completely accessible, supportive, and free of judgment.

We deliberately stray away from traditional, high-pressure fitness culture. Our South Jersey studio is a non-heated, low-stimulation, mirror-free space focused on how your body feels, not how it looks. We utilize invitational language, offering choices rather than rigid commands, so you can explore yoga, meditation, and somatic healing in a space that respects your personal boundaries and nervous system.

A: We recommend wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily. What you need to bring depends on the experience you are booking:
For Yoga Classes: Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel.
For Sound Healing Sessions: Please bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, an eye mask, and a pillow to maximize your comfort while lying down.
⚠️ Equipment Note: We have a limited number of studio mats available on a first-come, first-served basis, so bringing your own is highly encouraged. If you do not own an eye mask for sound healing, we have high-quality eye masks available for purchase right at the studio!

We understand that life happens! Because space in our studio is limited, we require at least 3 hours' notice prior to your scheduled class time if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us enough time to open the spot for someone on our waitlist.
If you cancel within the 3-hour window or miss your session, the following late-cancellation policies apply:
Drop-In Registrations: The class payment is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future date.
Studio Members: A $10 late-cancel/no-show fee will be automatically charged to your card on file.
Class Pack Holders: One class credit will be deducted from your remaining package balance.

Yes, to respect our instructors' schedules and preparation time, we monitor attendance leading up to start times. If no one is signed up 3 hours before a class is scheduled to begin, that class will be canceled for the day and registration will close.
If you are already registered for a class or workshop that is canceled due to low enrollment, don't worry—you will be fully refunded your payment or have your class credit immediately returned to your account.

Yes! Healing happens in community. Beyond our yoga and somatic movement schedule, we host regular, non-clinical connection spaces like our monthly Common Ground Conversation Group. These are casual, authentic spaces designed for genuine human connection, completely free of traditional professional networking pressure or clinical expectations.
