Accessible Weekly Yoga Classes
Whether you are looking to sweat and build strength, refine your foundational alignment, or completely unwind and reset your nervous system, we have a mat waiting for you.
Explore our three class tiers to find the perfect energy match for your day:
Dynamic & Energizing Flows
Ready to build heat, strength, and stamina? Our faster-paced classes link breath with fluid, continuous movement to clear your mind and challenge your body.
Vinyasa Flow: A classic, rhythmic practice connecting breath to movement. You’ll flow seamlessly through a creative sequence of postures designed to build heat and focus.
Power Yoga: An athletic, higher-intensity variation of Vinyasa. Expect a strong, energetic practice emphasizing core strength, stability, and cardiovascular endurance.
Mindful & Foundational Practices
If you want to refine your alignment, stretch deeply, and move deliberately without feeling rushed, these steady, intentional classes are your sweet spot.
Hatha Yoga: A classic practice focused on static postures, deep breathing, and alignment. Because poses are held longer, it is an incredible foundation for both beginners and experienced yogis looking to refine their practice.
Slow Stretch Vinyasa: A melting pot of fluid movement and deep stretching. We take the traditional Vinyasa flow and dial back the speed, giving your muscles time to open up and your mind time to settle.
Deep Rest & Adaptive Movement
Created with absolute comfort, safety, and accessibility in mind. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing limited mobility, or simply experiencing deep burnout, these classes offer total body support.
Restorative Yoga: The ultimate antidote to daily stress. Using supportive props like bolsters and blankets, you will hold passive, restful shapes with zero muscular effort, allowing your nervous system to fully reset.
Supportive Chair Yoga: An accessible, low-impact practice utilizing a stable chair for seated and standing support. Perfect for older adults, office workers, or anyone looking to improve mobility and balance safely.
Our small-group classes are guided by compassionate, trauma-informed instructors. View our schedule to book your next class, and take a moment to get to know our team on our Meet Our Instructors page.
New to Our Studio? What to Expect
Stepping into a new studio can feel intimidating. We intentionally cultivate a low-stimulation, judgment-free environment so you can focus entirely on your own practice:
Small Class Sizes: We cap our yoga classes at 12 students max. This ensures you never feel crowded, allows our space to stay calm, and gives our instructors the room to provide individual guidance if you want it.
Invitational Language: Our instructors offer choices and modifications rather than rigid commands. Hands-on adjustments are never forced, putting you completely in control of your movement.
No Mirrors, Low Pressure: Our space features soft lighting and a mirror-free layout to encourage an internal focus rather than comparison or competition.
