Overview

Child and adolescent therapy provides a supportive and age-appropriate space for children and teens to express emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen emotional regulation. At Waves of Change Counseling and Healing, we provide telehealth child and adolescent therapy for children and teenagers across New Jersey experiencing anxiety, behavioral challenges, school stress, peer and social difficulties, trauma, emotional overwhelm, family conflict, and major life transitions.

Our therapists help children and adolescents improve communication skills, manage stress and emotions, build confidence, and develop healthier coping strategies that support emotional wellbeing, relationships, school functioning, and overall mental health.
