Beyond the Weekly Schedule
To give you more ways to support your wellness journey, we split our special programming into two formats:
✨ Special Series (In-Studio): These are multi-week, progressive programs (such as beginner series or targeted somatic recovery) held inside our permanent Franklinville studio. They allow you to gather with the same small group each week, building your comfort and practice progressively.
📍 One-Time Pop-Ups (Mostly In-Studio, Infrequently Off-Site): Standalone, themed specialty classes. While the vast majority take place safely and comfortably inside our low-stimulation studio, we occasionally take our mats on the road for unique outdoor or community partnerships across South Jersey.
No matter which you choose, the approach stays the same:
Beginner-friendly and fully guided
A steady, approachable pace
Options for all experience levels
A small, supportive studio environment
Best of all? They fit seamlessly into your wellness routine. You can join us using your existing Waves of Change membership, apply a class pack credit, or purchase a single drop-in pass!
Spots are limited for pop-ups. Pre-registration is strongly recommended.

Find Your Alignment: A 7-week Chakra Centered Yoga Series
Thursday, 8/13/26 | 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Join us for a 7-week exploration of the chakra system through yoga.
Each week, we'll focus on a different chakra, beginning with the Root Chakra and working our way upward to the Crown Chakra. This series is designed to help you deepen your yoga practice while creating space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself. Each class will incorporate postures and themes inspired by the chakra of the week, offering a unique experience while remaining accessible to all levels.
Attend individual sessions or commit to the full series for a deeper journey through the chakras.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Our regular weekly classes (like Slower Stretch Vinyasa or Chair Yoga) are ongoing, drop-in sessions where the crowd changes slightly from week to week. A Special Series is a closed, multi-week group where the same people meet every week. This format allows us to dive deeper into specific themes, learn progressively, and build a comforting sense of community consistency.
-
Pre-registration is highly recommended and required for all of our pop-ups and special series. Because we intentionally keep our class sizes small to preserve a cozy, low-stimulation environment, mat spaces fill up quickly.
Additionally, pre-registering ensures we meet our minimum participant count to run these special events. Signing up online in advance locks in your spot, helps us ensure the class moves forward, and allows our instructors to prepare the space beautifully for you.
-
For our One-Time Pop-Ups, yes! You can absolutely drop in using your existing class pack or studio membership. For our multi-week Special Series, these require a separate series investment because they are progressive, closed-group programs that guarantee your specific mat space for the entire duration.
-
We intentionally cultivate a low-stimulation, non-heated, mirror-free environment with soft, ambient lighting. This allows you to focus entirely on how your body feels from the inside out, rather than what a pose looks like. Our instructors are deeply compassionate, trauma-informed, and specialize in modifications so you can move at your own pace.
