I help children, young adults, and adults navigate life's challenges, explore their identities, and build confidence, self-understanding, and emotional well-being.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, without judgment or the pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a genuine, calming, and supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and understood. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, exploring your identity, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I want you to know that you don't have to figure it all out alone.
Life can bring unexpected changes, complicated relationships, and moments when we question who we are or where we belong. These experiences can leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. I believe therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, explore these feelings, and begin making sense of your experiences in a way that honors who you are.

My Approach
I approach counseling with compassion, curiosity, and a genuine desire to understand each person's unique experiences. I recognize that no two individuals have the same story, and I believe therapy should reflect your personal needs, values, and goals.
Together, we can explore the experiences and patterns that may be contributing to your challenges, identify your existing strengths, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. My goal is to help you feel more confident navigating uncertainty, building meaningful connections, and making choices that align with who you are.
I believe meaningful growth isn't about having all the answers. It's about learning to trust yourself, embracing your individuality, and finding ways to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
You don't need to have everything figured out to begin. Sometimes, simply having a safe space to explore where you are is the first step toward meaningful change.
I enjoy working with children, young adults, and adults navigating a variety of emotional and life challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals from multicultural backgrounds and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, recognizing the important role that culture, identity, relationships, and personal experiences play in our emotional well-being.
