About Waves of Change
Waves of Change Counseling and Healing is a space designed to support the whole person—not just how you think, but how you feel, move, and live in your body.
We offer telehealth therapy across New Jersey alongside in-person yoga, meditation, sound healing, and community experiences in Franklinville. Together, these offerings create something more complete: a way to not only understand yourself, but to actually practice what you’re learning.
Therapy is powerful—but insight alone doesn’t always translate into change. Many people leave sessions knowing what they should do, but without a place to slow down, reconnect, and integrate it. Waves of Change was created to bridge that gap.
Everything we offer is designed with that intention. Whether it’s a counseling session, a yoga class, or a moment to pause, the goal is the same: to support awareness, regulation, and a deeper connection to yourself. This isn’t about doing more or getting it right—it’s about creating space to do things differently.
Starting something new can feel intimidating. You might wonder if you’ll fit, if you’ll be good at it, or if it’s even for you. Here, there’s no pressure to perform, keep up, or prove anything. You don’t need experience or a certain level of ability. You just have to show up.
Waves of Change was built with intention—not just in what we offer, but where we offer it. This community didn’t need another fast, transactional space. It needed somewhere to pause.
Healing doesn’t happen all at once. It happens over time, in small moments, in spaces that feel safe enough to return to.
Whatever wave you’re currently riding, we’re so glad you’re here.
