What We’ll Talk About
This is not a lecture or workshop. It’s a guided conversation grounded in real experience. You are always welcome to listen quietly or share — whatever feels right for you.
Together, we’ll explore:
Family roles and learned patterns
Stress responses within family systems
Guilt, obligation, and people-pleasing
Emotional triggers and generational dynamics
Boundaries that reduce stress without increasing conflict
You will leave feeling clearer about what you’re experiencing, with practical tools to navigate family-related stress, language to express your needs, and a stronger sense of what is yours to carry — and what is not. All within a space that reminds you that you can love your family while still protecting your peace.
