Constantly on edge?
Easily irritated?
Emotionally exhausted?
Never truly resting?

What We’ll Talk About

This is not a lecture or workshop. It’s a guided conversation grounded in real experience. You are always welcome to listen quietly or share — whatever feels right for you.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • What caregiver burnout really is (and what it isn’t)

  • How emotional exhaustion shows up in everyday life

  • Why guilt, resentment, and numbness are so common

  • The invisible mental load caregivers carry

  • Boundaries and small shifts that make caregiving more sustainable

You’ll leave feeling validated and understood, with gentle tools to ease burnout, space to reconnect with yourself, and the comfort of being among others who truly understand. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about learning how to keep showing up without emptying yourself.
