Class Schedule and Registration
Somatic Reset Yoga classes at our Franklinville, NJ studio are offered weekly every Monday from 6:00pm-6:50pm.
Spots are limited to keep the class supportive and spacious.

Somatic Reset Vinyasa moves at a slower, more intentional pace than traditional vinyasa. Instead of continuous flowing sequences, the class emphasizes mindful transitions, pauses, and body awareness, allowing you to notice sensations and move in a way that supports nervous system regulation rather than performance or intensity.

Comfortable clothing and water. Mats/chairs/props are available if needed.

You’re always encouraged to move at your own pace and rest as needed.

Pre-registration is encouraged, as classes are capped at 12 participants. If there are no sign-ups one hour before class, it will be canceled. Registering ahead helps secure your spot.
