I help high-achieving adolescents and adults who feel trapped in cycles of anxiety, OCD, overthinking, and perfectionism learn how to break free from fear-driven patterns, quiet intrusive thoughts, and build a more flexible, grounded relationship with their minds and daily lives.
Many of the clients I work with are successful, capable, and externally composed—but internally feel exhausted by constant mental noise, self-doubt, and pressure to get things “just right.” Some struggle with intrusive thoughts or OCD patterns that feel sticky and consuming. Others find themselves stuck in perfectionism, over-responsibility, reassurance-seeking, or avoidance that temporarily reduces anxiety but ultimately reinforces the cycle.
Often, clients come to therapy feeling frustrated that they “know better” but still feel controlled by their thoughts, routines, or fear of uncertainty. My work focuses on helping you step out of that loop—not by forcing control, but by changing your relationship to uncertainty itself.
I provide telehealth therapy across New Jersey for adolescents and adults seeking specialized treatment for OCD, anxiety, and perfectionism, with a strong focus on high-functioning individuals who feel stuck despite their outward success.

My Approach
I take a client-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach with a strong specialization in OCD and anxiety treatment.
My work integrates:
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) – gold-standard treatment for OCD
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Person-Centered Therapy
Solution-Focused Strategies
Mindfulness-based interventions
ERP is a core part of my work with OCD and intrusive thoughts. Rather than trying to eliminate anxiety or control thoughts, ERP helps you gradually face uncertainty while reducing compulsive responses—so your nervous system learns that you can tolerate distress without needing to escape or neutralize it.
I also pay close attention to how perfectionism, over-functioning, and high internal standards often develop as adaptive responses to earlier experiences. Therapy helps you understand these patterns with clarity and compassion, while building new ways of responding that are more flexible and sustainable.
For clients who desire it, faith and values-based considerations can be respectfully integrated into treatment.
What It’s Like to Work with Me
My style is supportive, collaborative, and gently challenging. I create a space where you can feel understood without judgment while also being encouraged to step outside of patterns that keep anxiety and OCD cycles in place.
Therapy with me is structured, practical, and focused on helping you change your relationship with your thoughts—not just manage them. Many of my clients are highly intelligent and self-aware, yet feel stuck in loops of analysis, doubt, and mental checking that don’t resolve through logic alone.
In our work, we slow those cycles down and begin building the ability to notice intrusive thoughts without engaging them, respond differently to discomfort, and tolerate uncertainty without immediately trying to neutralize it. Over time, this creates more mental freedom, emotional flexibility, and confidence in your ability to handle distress without falling into old patterns.
