Is this class right for you?
Restorative yoga is ideal for anyone who needs space to slow down and reset. This class focuses on rest, gentle support, and calming the nervous system rather than effort or intensity.
It may be a good fit if you:
• Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or mentally drained
• Have difficulty slowing down or relaxing your body
• Are recovering from illness, injury, or burnout
• Prefer a slow, gentle practice with longer periods of stillness
• Are new to yoga and looking for a supportive place to begin
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to join. The goal isn’t to push your limits — it’s to give your body the support it needs to truly rest.
How this practice can support you
Restorative yoga works by giving the body time and support to fully relax. With the help of props and longer-held poses, the nervous system can shift out of “fight or flight” and into a calmer state where the body can rest and restore.
This practice can help:
• Reduce stress and mental fatigue
• Calm the nervous system
• Improve sleep and relaxation
• Release deep physical tension
• Support recovery from busy or demanding schedules
Many people leave restorative classes feeling quieter, more grounded, and deeply rested.
