Class Schedule and Registration
Vinyasa Yoga classes at our Franklinville, NJ studio are offered weekly every Wednesday from 4:00pm-4:50pm.
Spots are limited to keep the class supportive and spacious.

Comfortable clothing and water. Mats/chairs/props are available if needed.

You’re always encouraged to move at your own pace and rest as needed.

Pre-registration is encouraged, as classes are capped at 12 participants. If there are no sign-ups one hour before class, it will be canceled. Registering ahead helps secure your spot.
