Class Schedule and Registration
Vinyasa Yoga classes at our Franklinville, NJ studio are offered weekly every Thursday from 6:00pm-6:50pm.
Spots are limited to keep the class supportive and spacious.

Yoga mats and blocks are available in the studio, but availability is limited. We recommend bringing your own mat if you have one. Please also bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move with ease.

You’re always encouraged to move at your own pace and rest as needed.

Pre-registration is encouraged, as classes are capped at 12 participants. If there are no sign-ups one hour before class, it will be canceled. Registering ahead helps secure your spot.
