Class Schedule and Registration
This limited 5-week Sunrise Yoga series runs from January 13 to February 10, meeting weekly from 6:00–6:50 AM at our Franklinville studio.
Spots are limited to keep the class supportive and spacious.

Sunrise Yoga is an energizing, faster-paced practice designed to wake up the body and build heat through movement and breath. While the class is guided and accessible, it may not be the best fit if you’re looking for a slow, gentle, or restorative practice.

Yoga mats and blocks are available in the studio, but availability is limited. We recommend bringing your own mat if you have one. Please also bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move with ease.

You’re always encouraged to move at your own pace and rest as needed.

Pre-registration is encouraged, as classes are capped at 12 participants. If there are no sign-ups one hour before class, it will be canceled. Registering ahead helps secure your spot.

Michele is completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Upaya School of Yoga Arts.
