Each month, we guide you through a transformative experience combining breathwork, meditation, and the resonant vibrations of the gong. These sessions are designed to help you release tension, restore energy, and cultivate emotional balance.
What You’ll Experience
75 minutes of Zen
Gentle Movement - Light, restorative movement to release tension and prepare the body for stillness. All movements will be seated.
Guided Breathwork – Techniques to calm the nervous system and release tension.
Meditation – Mindfulness and visualization practices to support mental clarity.
Gong Sound Healing – Deep vibrational therapy to harmonize body, mind, and energy.
