Class Schedule and Registration
Crystal bowl sound healing is offered monthly. Our next class takes place on Tuesday, 2/10/26 from 7:00pm - 7:50pm
Spots are limited to keep the class supportive and spacious.

You’ll rest in a comfortable position while crystal bowls are played. There is no movement or participation required.

The bowls are played at a gentle, supportive volume. You’re always welcome to adjust your position or step out if needed. Emotional responses can happen and are completely okay.

Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring anything that helps you relax, such as a blanket, bolster, or eye pillow. Mats, blankets, and pillows are available at the studio on a first-come, first-served basis, though availability is limited.

Pre-registration is encouraged, as classes are capped at 12 participants. If there are no sign-ups one hour before class, it will be canceled. Registering ahead helps secure your spot.
